Julien Hueber (Nexans) elected President of Europacable

Julien Hueber, CEO of French cable manufacturer Nexans since the 13/10/2025, has been unanimously elected President of Europacable on 01/11/2025, in an Extraordinary General Assembly held by written procedure throughout last week. Julien Hueber's election at the helm of the cable industry's representation in Brussels follows the formal resignation of its former President Christopher Guérin, also former CEO of Nexans, which the association had received earlier.

Founded in 1991, Europacable represents the largest cable and cable accessories makers in the world providing global technology leadership, as well as highly specialized small and medium sized businesses from across Europe.
