FR / Loïc De Oliveira climate and decarbonisation advisor to the Minister for ecological transition

Loïc De Oliveira has been appointed climate and decarbonisation adviser in the cabinet of Monique Barbut, Minister for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity and International Negotiations on Climate and Nature, according to an order dated 28/10/2025, published in the Journal officiel on 30/10/2025. He has held this position since 24/10/2025.

Previously, Loïc De Oliveira was an advisor on energy efficiency and consumption in the office of Olga Givernet, who was Minister Delegate for Energy at the time, from October to December 2024. He was also a consultant in European and French public affairs at the Lysios Public Affairs consultancy (2021-2023) and a parliamentary assistant to Olga Givernet when she was the MP for the third constituency of the Ain department (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region) (2023-2024).
