FR /Julie Dubroux appointed budgetary and financial affairs adviser to Monique Barbut

Julie Dubroux has been appointed Budgetary and Financial Affairs Adviser in the Cabinet of Monique Barbut, Minister for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity and International Negotiations on Climate and Nature, since 27/10/2025, by an order dated the same date and published on 29/10/2025.

She was Head of the National Education Office in the French State Budget Directorate between December 2022 and November 2024. She also worked in the Social Accounts and Health Office, until December 2022, still within the French State Budget Directorate.
