FR / T. Indycki press advisor and G. Bailly risk prevention advisor to Mathieu Lefèvre, Minister delegate

Tess Indycki has been appointed Press and Communications Adviser, since 20/10/2025, and Guillaume Bailly has been appointed Risk Prevention, Authorisation Processes, Public Participation and Simplification Adviser, since 28/10/2025, in the Cabinet of Mathieu Lefèvre, Minister Delegate to the Minister for ecological transition, biodiversity and international negotiations on climate and nature, in charge of the ecological transition, according to an order dated 24/10/2025, and published in the Journal officiel on 29/10/2025

Tess Indycki had been communications and press advisor in the office of Véronique Louwagie, Minister Delegate, responsible for Trade and SMEs since January 2025.

Guillaume Bailly worked at the Directorate-General for Risk Prevention, where he had been in charge of the Soils and Subsoils Office since 2021. Between 2012 and 2021, he was in charge of the Seine-et-Marne DRIEE (direction régionale et interdépartementale de l'Environnement et de l'Energie). He joined the Corps des Mines in 2021.
