FR: Morgane Catherine appointed press Adviser to Monique Barbut, Minister for ecological transition

Morgane Catherine has been appointed Press and Communications Adviser in the cabinet of Monique Barbut, Minister for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity and International Negotiations on Climate and Nature, with effect from 23/10/2025, according to an order dated 24/10/2025, published in the Journal officiel on 25/10/2025.

Morgane Catherine has been Press and Communications Adviser at the Ministry of the Armed Forces since May 2025, a ministry for which she was also Communications Officer in the Office of the Minister Delegate between January and June 2025.

After initial experience in a consultancy firm as a PR and influence consultant (2020-2021), she joined Stanislas Guerini's team in 2022 at the Ministry of Transformation and the Civil Service, as Communications Officer. She then worked as a parliamentary assistant between 2022 and 2024, first for Charles Sitzenstuhl (Bas-Rhin) and then for Caroline Janvier (Loiret).
