Omnibus 1 / CSRD and CS3D: negotiating mandate of the European Parliament rejected by a majority of MEPs
MEPs rejected the mandate to enter interinstitutional negotiations on the Omnibus I concerning due diligence requirements of companies, on 22/10/2025 in Strasbourg.
