FR: Sale of TotalEnergies’ sustainable consultancy affiliate GreenFlex to Oteis

TotalEnergies and the independent French consulting and engineering group Oteis have signed a deal for the sale of TotalEnergies’ sustainable consultancy and solutions affiliate GreenFlex to Oteis, announces Total Energies on 20/10/2025.

With over 800 employees and some thirty agencies in France and the rest of Europe, Oteis Conseil & Ingénierie, founded in 2015, operates in several fields: construction, water and development, infrastructure, and industry. Oteis intends to leverage GreenFlex’s expertise in environmental and social consultancy, low-carbon energy performance, and transition financing, which is provided by its team of over 500 staff. This will establish Oteis as a major new player on its European markets, offering a comprehensive range of services and solutions.

Following divestment, which reflects TotalEnergies’ strategy to concentrate its activities on energy production and supply, TotalEnergies will become a major GreenFlex customer, through a contract for the production of Energy Saving Certificates (CEEs / Certificats d'Economies d'Energie).
