FR / Decarbonisation: renewed partnership between TotalEnergies and construction group Colas

Accelerating the decarbonisation of Colas' construction activities, in France and abroad, thanks to TotalEnergies' solutions: this is the aim of the partnership renewed for three more years, between the two companies, on 20/10/2025.

This partnership is based on three axes:
• large-scale deployment of multi-energy solutions such as the supply of biofuels and the supply of electricity to worksites via batteries, replacing traditional generators;
• installation of electric recharging infrastructures, powered by guaranteed renewable electricity, for Colas' fleet of trucks, machinery and electric worksite equipment;
• The development of Colas' existing sites with the installation of solar power plants internationally, contributing to the production of renewable electricity and the energy autonomy of sites.

The first phase of the partnership between the two companies involved testing solutions to reduce the environmental impact of Colas's construction sites. TotalEnergies specifically supplied HVO100 and 2.4 MWh electric batteries to replace generator sets.
