FR: Vincent Le Biez Head of the Environment, Energy, Transport and Housing unit in S. Lecornu's cabinet

Vincent Le Biez has been appointed adviser and head of the environment, energy, transport and housing unit in the cabinet of Sébastien Lecornu, Prime Minister, by an order dated 15/10/2025, published in the Journal officiel on 16/10/2025.

He had previously been appointed to this same position when Sébastien Lecornu was first appointed by an order dated 19/09/2025, published in the Journal officiel on 20/09/2025. He had also held this position in François Bayrou's cabinet since December 2024.

A graduate of the École polytechnique and the École des Mines de Paris, Vincent Le Biez began his career in 2010 at the Driee (Direction régionale et interdépartementale de l'Environnement et de l'Énergie), now the Drieat Île-de-France, as head of the energy, climate and vehicles department (2010-2013), before moving to the DG Trésor (2013-2015) and then to the Agence des participations de l'État (2015-2022), where he was director of industry holdings from September 2019 to December 2022.
