"The message from Brussels is clear: electric vehicles will remain the main path to decarbonising Europe’s car fleet. "The European Union has set a clear goal: from 2035 onward, all new cars must be carbon-neutral. Many interpret this as 'the end of the internal combustion engine.' In reality, the debate opened by the review clause raises a more pragmatic question: should we ban a mechanical principle, or the true source of pollution — fossil carbon?"
