Hydrogen: collection of information on European infrastructure projects until 17/10/2025

In order to update the European hydrogen infrastructure map, six European industry associations (Cedec / Fédération des entreprises énergétiques locales, Entsog, Eurogas, GD4S, Geode and GIE) launched on 02/10/2025 a call for hydrogen project developers to submit new, updated information about their projects portfolio and pipeline. It is open until 17/10/2025.

These six industry associations represent gas distribution, transport, import terminals and storage.

The map was launched in December 2022 in cooperation with the European Hydrogen Backbone Initiative. It presents the hydrogen projects planned for 2030, 2040 and 2050, providing an overview of all the infrastructure projects. It currently lists around 600 hydrogen projects.
