€3.31B to Austria, Croatia, Belgium and Ireland: this is the total amount of NextGenerationEU disbursements announced by the European Commission on 29/09/2025, under the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). These funds are intended to support a wide array of investments and reforms in these countries, with a strong focus on energy, climate and infrastructures.

• Austria receives €1.62B mainly intended to decarbonise its building stock, implement carbon taxation and reform pensions.
• Croatia receives €835.6M to explore geothermal energy, develop hydrogen technology, manage water resources, upgrade the electricity grids on islands, and improve energy security.
• Belgium receives €614M, earmarked for reforms and investments in areas such as education and climate adaptation. Part of the funding will go towards improving railways, urban mobility solutions.
• Ireland's third payment, amounting to €240 M, has been greenlighted by the Commission, regarding Ireland's achievement in the delivery of three reforms and eight investments in the areas of energy efficiency, sustainable…
