The highlight of this week will be the informal meeting of heads of States or governments, taking place in Copenhagen on 01/10/2025. EU leaders will attend on this occasion an informal meeting chaired by the President of the European Council, António Costa, and hosted by the Danish Prime Minister, Mette Frederiksen. Some decisions regarding the 2040 climate targets may be taken at this occasion. These discussions will precede the European Political Community (EPC) meeting, also in Copenhagen, which will bring together leaders from across Europe.

The deadline for the call for feedback on nature credits, launched by the European Commission on 07/06/2025, is 30/09/2025.

Various hydrogen experts will meet during the European Hydrogen Week in Brussels to discuss the latest national, European and global developments.
