Vincent Le Biez has been appointed adviser and head of the environment, energy, transport and housing unit in the office of Sébastien Lecornu, Prime Minister, by an order dated 19/09/2025, published in the Journal officiel on 20/09/2025. He took up his post on 15/09/2025. He had previously held the same position in François Bayrou's cabinet since December 2024.

A graduate of the École polytechnique and the École des Mines de Paris, Vincent Le Biez began his career in 2010 at the Driee (Direction régionale et interdépartementale de l'Environnement et de l'Énergie), now the Drieat Île-de-France, as head of the energy, climate and vehicles department (2010-2013), before moving to the DG Trésor (2013-2015) and then to the Agence des participations de l'État (2015-2022), where he was director of industry State participations from September 2019 to December 2022.
