SER: Pierre Peysson re-elected Chairman of the Offshore Wind Energy Commission

Pierre Peysson has been re-elected Chairman of the Offshore Wind Commission of the French Syndicat des Energies Renouvelables (SER / Renewable Energies Association) , announced the SER on 12/09/2025.

Chairman of this committee since February 2024, Pierre Peysson has also been Director of France Offshore Wind at RWE since April 2021.

"I begin this new mandate with the same determination and passion that have driven me for this French industry for the past 18 years. France has unique natural assets to make offshore wind one of the pillars of tomorrow's electricity mix. We will need everyone's energy to move all our projects forward. On top of the pile are the AO9 and AO10 projects, which are essential to the success and continuity of the French programme, with 20,000 jobs at stake and billions of euros of private investment for the benefit of the French economy over the next 10 years", says Pierre Peysson.

Frédéric Grizaud, Director of the Marine Renewable Energies Business Unit at Chantiers de l'Atlantique, has been reappointed Vice-Chairman.
