FR / Cabinet of J-N.Barrot (Minister of foreign affairs) : Marion Biget, Development and Climate Advisor

Marion Biget has been Americas, Economic Diplomacy, Development and Climate Adviser in the Cabinet of Jean-Noël Barrot, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, since 01/09/2025, according to an order dated 03/09/2025 from the Minister in question, published in the Journal officiel on 06/09/2025.

The same order terminates the duties of Gabrielle Rousseau, Climate and Development Adviser, who has been working in the Cabinet since 09/01/2025.

Marion Biget was already Americas, Economic Diplomacy, Budget and Reform Adviser in Jean-Noël Barrot's Cabinet since 2023. She joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2022 as Political Adviser and member of the Global Affairs Working Group. She has represented France at the EU in the Permanent Representation, as Political Counsellor, then as Africa Counsellor and as Development Policy Counsellor.

The decree also appoints Caroline Joly as Budget, Reform and Administration Counsellor.
