The European Commission authorises the creation of the energy investment platform Nemo France under the EU Merger Regulation, it declares on 18/08/2025.

Nemo France is a joint venture created by the French companies Alba NGM Co-Invest and Mirova Energy Transition 6 (MET6). Alba NGM Co-Invest is an independent fund manager and Mirova is an asset management company, and a subsidiary of Natixis Asset Management.

The platform will be active in investing in projects related to low-carbon mobility and decentralised renewable energy systems, mainly in France.

The European Commission states that "this summary approval is an example of the Commission reducing the regulatory burden on companies and quickly approving a transaction that will clearly not harm competition in Europe, and which rather aims to support the EU's decarbonisation efforts and the clean energy transition."
