EAT Food Forum to take place on 3-4/10/2025 in Stockholm

The EAT Food Forum will take place on 3 and 4/10/2025 in Stockholm (Sweden).

"Open to up to 700 participants, it is a gathering of global thought leaders from science, politics, business, civil society and beyond, to shape a healthy, sustainable, and just food future", say the organisers.

EAT is a non-profit organisation that aims to transform the global food system towards a healthier planet and people.

The key highlight of the program is the launch of the 2025 EAT-Lancet Commission, an updated food report addressing the question "how to feed a growing population within planetary boundaries, while putting justice and equity at the center of food systems transformation". The last report was released in 2019.

"The new Commission provides an updated review of what constitutes a healthy, sustainable and just food system in the context of today’s scientific, social, and environmental realities. It is the result of a three-year collaboration among 24 Commissioners from 17 countries", they explain.
