Greening corporate fleets: a letter calling for a regulation sent to A. Tzitzikostas (T&E)

A letter to the European Commissioner for Sustainable Transport and Tourism, Apóstolos Tzitzikóstas, has been sent by eight companies, cities and organisations, including T&E, calling for the proposal of a regulation to accelerate the electrification of corporate fleets, on 14/07/2025, in preparation for the strategic dialogue on decarbonising fleets.

The European Commission had announcing the launch, in the second quarter of 2025, of a dialogue with the stakeholders concerned to discuss measures and options for greening corporate fleets, while analysing the dynamics and needs of the market. "This dialogue will make it possible to continue discussions and mobilise the players concerned at national and European level to accelerate the adoption of zero-emission vehicles in corporate fleets", according to the Commission.
