Alphabet France: Raphaëlle Dagnicourt appointed CSR Manager

Raphaëlle Dagnicourt has been appointed Head of CSR at Alphabet France, the BMW Group subsidiary specialising in mobility solutions for businesses announced on 16/07/2025.

Raphaëlle joined Alphabet at the beginning of 2024 and took up her post in May 2025, reporting directly to Julien Chabbal, CEO of Alphabet France. Her mission is to steer a sustainable development strategy structured around three axes:
• environment (decarbonisation, electrification of fleets);
• social (equal opportunities, well-being in the workplace);
• governance (ethics, transparency).

The aim of this strategy is to integrate CSR into daily practices, decisions and business choices, in line with the Group's commitments and the expectations of the French market.

Electrification and ESG strategy

• Alphabet sees the electrification of fleets as a key lever in the transition to alternative powertrains: "While the global market remained almost stable in 2024, demand for partially or fully electric vehicles increased by 45% compared to 2023", the company stated on 17/03/2025.
