"We are committed to taking CSR into account in all our business decisions relating to our growth and development. Our new strategic plan, presented in 2025, reiterates this commitment, but also formalizes our approach to continue building a safe, inclusive, responsible company committed to a net zero trajectory," Maryse Lemay, Boralex's CSR Director, told News Tank on 15/07/2025.

Boralex presented its strategic plan and financial objectives for 2030 on 17/06/2025. The objectives announced by the company include :
• Accelerating organic growth based on a portfolio of high-quality projects and growth paths;
• Maintaining disciplined financial management with precise indicators of expected returns, a solid balance sheet, flexibility and agility in financing and the introduction of a target for growth in cash flow per share;
• Three simplified pillars: growth, efficiency and long-term differentiation;
• Two markets in a strong leadership position: Canada and France;
• Two expanding markets: certain US states and the UK.
