Pathways2Resilience: call for application open until 20/08/2025 for regions and communities

"61 subgrantees will be selected to receive financial support of up to € 210.000, along with a capacity building program for a total of 18 months of support", announces P2R (Pathways2resilience) in its call for application, from 15/05/2025 to 20/08/2025.

The prizes will be allocated to regions or communities particularly vulnerable to climate change to help them work on their adaptation program, as part of the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change. P2R is part of Horizon Europe research and innovation.

"The call is open to local and regional public authorities located in EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries. Entities governed by public law, private non-profit bodies and SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) may participate as consortium partners".

These funds aim to support the design of:

• A baseline assessment of climate risks and adaptive capacity
• A climate resilience strategy
• A climate resilience action plan, including a monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework
• A climate resilience investment plan
