France / Réseau Cler: launch of Cler solutions to implement a "just" transition at local levels

Cler solutions, a subsidiary of the Réseau Cler, is launched on 01/07/2025, to develop and implement on the ground solutions for a fair energy transition.

The company has positioned itself as a "trusted partner" of local authorities and regional players in order to "develop large-scale fair energy transition projects to serve local areas". "After 40 years in existence, the Réseau Cler is acquiring a new tool to build new solutions with and for local players, in line with our values", says Delphine Mugnier, President of the Cler network.

Cler solutions offers two programmes financed by CEE:

• the Slime programme to combat fuel poverty. Deployed since 2013, the Slime programme has helped almost 100,000 households in difficulty, including 12,811 households in 2024.
• the Tims programme for sustainable and inclusive mobility. Created in 2022, the Tims programme supports 71 local projects for sustainable and inclusive mobility with 133 local authority partners, and assists nine sustainable and inclusive mobility territories committed to the development of cross-cutting and territorial…
