EV charging: Ingérop, Eiffage, Sogetrel and Bump-Circet chosen to electrify the French State fleet

An interministerial contract for the development of EV charging infrastructure, benefiting all the ministries, the Senate and 109 public establishments, has been awarded to Ingérop, Eiffage, Sogetrel and a consortium formed by Bump and the Circet group (telecoms infrastructure services), using mainly European-made equipment, according to the French State Procurement Directorate (Direction des Achats de l'Etat) on 24/06/2025.

This contract, awarded by the DAE in May and June 2025, offers a turnkey solution that includes the supply, installation, maintenance and supervision of the terminals, as well as mobility consultancy services. It forms part of the strategy for the electrification of the State's fleet, as set out in the LOM (Loi d'Orientation des Mobilités) and the circular of 21/11/2023 on the State's commitment to ecological transformation.
