" According to IPCC estimates, global warming could reach +3°C by the end of the century if we maintain our current policies. In mainland France, this would result in a +4°C warming. In the light of this scenario, we can now illustrate global warming consequences at local level, where decisions are taken and investments made.

We need to be prepared. The cost of adaptation is much lower than the cost of inaction. It's not a question of doing everything at once, but of not missing the opportunities that present themselves. Integrating adaptation into the usual investment processes is the best way to avoid additional costs.
