Biodiversity: 30 SCoTs selected as part of the Life Biodiv'France programme

30 French SCoTs ( French Territorial Coherence and Organizational Schemes) are selected to take part to the Biodiv'France programme, declares the National Federation of SCoTs on 05/06/2025 at the programme's launch event.

Coordinated by the OFB (French Biodiversity Office), this specific project of the European Life programme, called Life Biodiv'France, aims to support SCoT establishments who filed for the call for manifestation of interest.

These SCoTs will be accompanied during two years in defining and implementing their policy for biodiversity recovery. They will receive engineering support from the programme's partners (including the LPO, Île-de-France Nature, the Federation of Conservatories of Natural Spaces, SNCF Immobilier, EoTerra, etc.).

"The aim is to encourage these Scots to develop their skills in these areas, help them define a strategy for their territory, and support them in carrying out concrete actions using specific engineering. Distributed throughout the French territory, these 30 SCoTs will follow three distinct thematic pathways:
